Adobe Houses
Adobe is a natural building material made from sand, clay, and water, with some kind of fibrous or organic material such as sticks, straw or dung. This mixture is shaped into bricks using frames and then dried in the sun.
Adobe structures are extremely durable and account for some of the oldest existing buildings on the planet. In hot climates, compared to wooden buildings, adobe buildings offer significant advantages due to their greater thermal mass.

Bamboo Houses
Bamboo is the fastest growing woody-stemmed plant on Earth. Bamboo plants are ready for harvest and suitable for use in construction from 3 to 7 years after sprouting. Its woody nature makes bamboo remarkably versatile and a sustainable building material.
Bamboo has been use as building material by the Asians for centuries. Only recently has the supply and demand for bamboo increased to the rest of the world. There are many uses for bamboo including poles(used for roofs and walls), fences, screens and flooring.

Cob Houses
Cob is a natural building material made from sand, clay, and water combined with some kind of fibrous or organic material such as sticks, straw or dung. The cob and adobe mixture is vey much the same. Unlike adobe where the structures are formed with bricks, cob is formed into clumps. The cob clumps are applied and sculpted into arched, curved and sloped walls.
Cob buildings are one of the most durable materials in earthen homes. Its fireproof, weather resistant and inexpensive.

Cordwood Houses
Cordwood houses are construction that consists of layeringwhole or split wood, width-wise. The wood is embedded with a mixture of lime,gypsum, clay or earthen plasters. Building with cordwood can be veryresource efficient because the wood useddoes not necessarily have much other value.
Cordwoodhouses are on of the greenest building styles giving that is use wood that is no better than firewood. The wood creates a good isolation and the mortarfilling a thermal mass. It also naturally provides aesthetics and a warm feeling.
